Pricing Information

From £350 a week, £60-£70 per extra day.
£375-£425 June to September, Xmas, New Year & Easter.
£25 deduction per week for consecutive weekly stays.

All Prices include heating, lighting & local taxes.
Short term holiday lets and longer term occupancy considered on request.
Payment in cash (GBP or Euros) or Sterling cheque.
No credit card payments.
Entry between 5 - 7pm. Vacate by 11am.

Conditions of Rental

  1. Maximum of family of 4 persons or 3 singles staying (plus baby or toddler)
  2. No smoking allowed in apartment or stairwells.
  3. Sorry, no pets.
  4. No subletting, or "hot-bedding".
  5. The apartment must be kept and left in a clean & tidy state.

The return of your deposit is subject to adherence of the above conditions.
